Built for the person holding the radio.
Draft, preview, publish
The public map only ever shows the published version. Preview a change on your own phone before anyone else can see it.
Announcements and alerts
Scheduled or emergency. Global, per activation or per zone. 'Fireworks at 9:15.' 'Lot B is full.' 'Parade route closed at 5th.'
Audit log
Every edit, every publish and every banner, with who did it and when. Useful at 11 PM, and useful in the debrief.
Roles and permissions
Map managers, content editors and analysts each see what they need. Platform admins switch across organizations and events from one login.
Geospatial editor
Draw boundaries, zones and routes in the browser. Import GeoJSON, CSV or KML. Export GeoJSON when the city asks for it.
Bulk import
Load vendors and exhibitors from the onboarding spreadsheet you already have. Fix errors in one pass, not one row at a time.
Many events, one login
Run several events across organizations. Templates carry the structure from one edition to the next.
Rules
If an attendee saves an artist, offer a set-time reminder. If an urgent banner publishes, alert every live session. Small automations your team doesn't have to remember.
A bad edit never goes live.
Every change is a draft until someone with the right role publishes it. Versions are kept, so a mistake is a rollback, not a scramble. The attendee guide reads only from the published version.
- Versioned publishing with preview links
- Role-gated publish
- Rollback to any earlier version
Reach everyone who has the map open.
Write the banner, choose the scope, send. It appears on every open guide in that scope within seconds. Schedule the ones you know about in advance, and keep the emergency ones one tap away.
- Global, activation or zone scope
- Scheduled and emergency
- Direct verb first, no fuss
Questions ops teams ask.
Can volunteers edit?
Yes, within the role you give them. A content editor can update a vendor's menu but cannot move a road closure or publish.
What if the venue changes the week before?
Redraw the zone, move the pins, preview on a phone, publish. The old version stays in history.
Does it work when the cell network is saturated?
The attendee guide is built to keep working on a degraded connection. Your console needs a normal connection, which is usually available in the ops tent.
How do emergency banners look to attendees?
A full-width bar at the top of the guide in the alert colour, with the message and, if you set one, a map location. It stays until you clear it.
