For concerts and tours

The venue, the night and the sponsor, in one link.

Different venue every night, same questions every night: where do I park, which gate, when are doors, where is merch. Indavro answers them in the browser and measures what your sponsors paid for.

Why promoters use it

What a show night needs.

  • Parking and entrances

Lots, gates, accessible entrances and the walk between them, with closures as they happen.

  • Doors and set times

Doors, support, headliner. Change one and every open guide updates.

  • Merch, bars and food

Where it is, what it has, and whether the line is worth it.

  • Clone per date

Build the tour template once. Each date gets its own map, venue and sponsors.

  • Sponsor activations

A sponsored lounge, a photo wall, a sampling station. Each scan ties back to the sponsor.

  • Attribution per promotion

A QR on the poster, a link in the presale email, a link in the radio spot. See which one brought people in.

The series

Build it once, run it every night.

A summer series or a tour leg is one event with many activations. The brand, the sponsors and the structure carry over. Each date gets its own venue map and its own report.

  • Templates for recurring shows
  • Per-date venue maps
  • Per-date and series-wide reporting
Sponsors

Activations with a number next to them.

A sponsored lounge gets a pin, a profile and an offer. A photo wall gets a QR code. The recap shows impressions, taps and scans per sponsor, per night and across the run.

  • Featured destinations and offers
  • QR activations
  • Recap per sponsor
Practical

Questions promoters ask.

  • We already have a ticketing app. Why this?

Ticketing apps handle the ticket. Indavro handles the night: the venue map, parking, doors, merch, alerts and sponsor placements. The QR in the ticket email can point to the guide.

  • How much work per date?

With a template, a new date is a venue map and a schedule. The rest carries over.

  • Outdoor venues with no cell service?

The guide installs on first visit and keeps working when the signal drops.

Run the whole series from one template.

Tell us about the next run of dates and we'll build the first one with you.
